IN REWILDING TOGETHER
Where Hearts Remember and Bodies Belong
In Rewilding Together Retreats is a seasonal, eco-tourism sanctuary nestled in Southern Oregon.
Rooted in the rhythms of the natural world and guided by insights from contemporary neuroscience, we offer immersive wellness experiences that invite profound connection.
Our keepers fill each retreat with experiences from a variety of modalities, each themed for purposeful rewilding.
Each event incorporates a variety of activities tailored specifically for its purpose. These include interfacing with horses, movement, social meditation, forest and sound bathing, drumming, foraging, primitive building, creating art, visioning, intention-setting, community building, and inner reflection.
Not every retreat contains all activities, keeping variety fresh. Each gathering is a living tapestry of ancestral wisdom and modern understanding.
benefits of retreats
-
Deeper Connection Skills-- You may naturally connect more deeply with others after being immersed in authentic, heart-level relating.
-
Improved Memory & Mental Clarity-- Slowing down and spending time in nature can boost working memory and cognitive function.
-
Increased Nervous System Awareness-- You may recognize when you are dysregulated more quickly than before and may be able to recall and return to the regulated states you practiced at the retreat.
-
Lasting Resonance from Horse Experiences-- Insights and emotions connected with the horses may continue to surface days or weeks later, as the subconscious integrates the experience.
-
A Reduced Urge to “Pick Up the Device for No Reason” and More Presence in Daily Life-- Digital detox studies show improved mood, focus, and reduced anxiety.
-
A Pull Toward Art, Writing, Music, or Other Creative Outlets as the Nervous System Moves out of “Survival Mode"
-
Greater Capacity for Joy and Play-- Laughing, moving, and playing during the retreat may reawaken a lighter side that you can bring home with you.
-
Improved Sleep Quality
-
Embodied Tools for Everyday Stress-- Simple grounding practices (breathing, movement, presence with nature or animals) can be recalled in stressful moments.
-
Sense of Belonging-A felt experience of being “part of the herd”—a memory you can lean on when you feel isolated.
-
Inspiration for Lifestyle Changes-- You may return wanting to eat differently, spend more time outdoors, or bring rituals of slowness into your daily life.
The Sanctuary holds space as a cultural container—where slowing down becomes sacred, belonging is felt in the body, and intuition and presence are gently reclaimed.
Here, guests are invited to remember deeply, in the most embodied way, what it truly means to be fully human.
