IN REWILDING TOGETHER
Where Hearts Remember and Bodies Belong
THe keepers
These wise and gentle beings have been lovingly held in equine therapy practices, developing a unique capacity to read human emotion, mirror unspoken feelings, and offer grounding presence.
Trust, intention, and attunement are skills that allow these horses to respond to subtle cues in body language, energy, and breath. This makes them powerful allies in helping participants reconnect with their bodies, release tension, and find calm clarity in the moment.
Spending time with our Equine Healing Partners is not about riding; it’s about meeting them at eye level, heart to heart. Through guided interactions, guests often experience a slowing of thoughts, a deepening of breath, and an unexpected sense of safety and belonging.
Together, they create a living field of presence where authentic connection can unfold naturally, supporting the emotional, mental, and spiritual healing journey of every participant.
Our Circle
At, In Rewilding Together, we lean into what happens when deep embodiment, meaningful ritual, coaching clarity, movement wisdom, and thoughtful design meet. It’s not just about the individual practices—it’s about the interplay. Our guides support one another so that from the first moment you arrive—whether stepping into the woods, processing by the fire, stretching in silent dawn light, or sharing story with others—you feel seen, held, and invited to rewild into your truest self.

Ishe Abel
Founder
Ishe is a retreat guide, teacher, and lifelong horsewoman whose work is rooted in over 40 years of deep, lived experience. Her journey blends the grace of equestrian wisdom with the transformative power of embodied learning, creating spaces where people can slow down, reconnect, and remember their truest selves.
From her earliest years, Ishe discovered that horses are profound teachers in presence, intention, and authentic connection. This understanding has shaped her life’s path, inspiring her to weave together movement, mindfulness, and nature into her teachings.
She brings a lifetime of dance experience, is a certified yoga instructor, and spent 10 years teaching natural building and permaculture. With 12 years of experience in interpersonal mindful social meditation settings, she has also completed several equine-assisted learning programs and now shares her gifts as an Intuitive Life Coach.
Ishe holds space with grounded warmth, gentle humor, and an intuitive ability to meet people exactly where they are.
Those who work with Ishe often describe her as a steady, compassionate guide who leads with both skill and heart. She invites participants into a deeper relationship with their bodies, their communities, and the living world.

Gianna Brasil-Ross
Somatic Coach
Gianna has been dancing most of her life, and movement remains at the heart of her healing work. As a certified Life Coach through the Martha Beck program, she weaves together training in Equine-Facilitated Learning, art therapy, and somatic dance practices to create powerful pathways for transformation.
Her approach is rooted in the belief that true healing begins not only in the mind, but also in the body and creative spirit. Through somatic practices, participants learn to listen to the body’s wisdom. With expressive arts—like movement, visual art, and creative play—they access and process emotions in powerful, non-verbal ways. And with the help of horses, who offer intuitive, non-judgmental feedback, clients gain profound insights about boundaries, trust, and authentic connection.
Through guided experiences, Gianna helps participants reconnect with their inner wisdom, regulate the nervous system, and step into a more grounded and embodied presence. Passionate about creating spaces for renewal and self-discovery, she invites others to move, feel, and heal—unlocking clarity, resilience, and joy along the way.
